Biko is an AI and workflow automation firm. We work with small businesses like law and medical offices, accounting and advisory practices, agencies, IT and managed services, and mission-driven nonprofits. The kind that have heard all the AI hype and now want something real and practical.
Why we exist
Founder-led firms deserve a straight answer.
You've been told AI will change everything, then left to figure out where to even start. You're running the business and serving clients, and there's no in-house tech team to translate the hype into something that actually works in your operations.
That's the gap Biko exists to close. We're the translator. We start with the work that's costing you time, find the smallest, safest thing that fixes it, and prove it works before we go further. And if AI isn't the answer, we say so.

Before Biko, I spent years working in privacy, security, and regulatory compliance, the kind of environments where a careless data decision has real consequences. That's why "trust is built in" isn't a tagline here. Human checkpoints, careful data handling, and clear ownership are simply how I build, especially for firms handling sensitive client information.
